Aeroapace  Machining & Assembly Capabilities

Over the last years, GD Tech has grown to become an industry leader in the high precision machining, finishing and assembly of metals and plastics which achieve the closest tolerances in the most complex products used aerospace industry. We strive to maintain operational capacity at 80% of total availability which ensures capacity for our customers with circumstances requiring either expedited production or unpredictable demands.

GD Tech manufactures in both high production environments as well as prototype and low volume components for our customers. Our market focus is primarily on high-complexity, high-precision CNC machining and assembly. Through the sophistication of our ERP/MRP system, we manage our customers' requirements from forecast through delivery, this insures on-time delivery and adequate capacity planning for our customers with long term agreements, and also provides the flexibility to modify deliveries as needed during the short term. The ERP/MRP system also helps support our initiative for a lean manufacturing environment to reduce WIP and inventory goods.
